About This Quote

When we think of the word “soldier” we typically consider someone with a gun in hand and a uniform with army insignias. However, in reality, most soldiers are not fighting in war zones, but rather in the office with their coworkers. Rather than fighting against the enemy, these soldiers are fighting against each other. When we go to work with our coworkers there is no one who loves peace more than a soldier.

These people have a natural tendency to pick a fight with anyone who crosses their path. For example, if someone is late for a meeting they will take it upon themselves to point out how much time elapsed without mentioning that their own colleague was late.
